Job Responsibilities
- Provide full support to Operations Team
- 為運營團隊提供全面的支持
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints (telephone calls, emails, whatsapp and FB/IG as needed)
- 處理客戶查詢和投訴（包括電話、電子郵件、whatsapp 和 FB/IG ）
- Handle logistics operations, including but not limited to, order handling, preparing relevant documentation and delivery arrangements, etc.
- 處理物流工作，包括但不限於訂單處理、準備相關文件和交貨安排等
- Handle ad hoc project and administration works as assigned by Supervisor
- 處理主管指定的臨時項目和行政工作
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 工商管理或相關文憑或以上
- Minimum 1 year of operations or Customer services role
- 至少 1 年的運營或客戶服務工作經驗
- Experience in FMCG firms is an advantage
- 有快速消費品公司經驗者優先
- Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mentality
- 較強的解決問題的能力和以結果為導向的心態
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- 良好的英語和漢語書面和口語能力，包括普通話
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- 精通MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint和中文文字處理
- Immediate availability preferred
