Logistics Specialist Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Specialist Intern to join our team in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in logistics, supply chain management and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in logistics, supply chain management, data analysis or a related field
- Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
