Social User Acquisition Manager [Israel]


 

Supersonic is looking for our next Social acquisition Manager star, to join our games growth team. This person will work closely with the Growth Managers to achieve company goals.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic UA team and carry out end to end marketing campaigns. You’ll be expected to be data driven and to be able to make challenging decisions regarding campaigns and creativity.

We're looking for talented individuals with a "hands on" approach that want to grow with us as a company and make users multiply!


Requirements:

  • BA/BSc, preferably in a quantitative field.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • At least 2 years experience in mobile application User Acquisition preferably in Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search, TikTok Ads and Snapchat.
  • Experience in analyzing large data sets and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to details and ability to prioritize.
  • Good understanding of building successful campaigns, 3rd-party mobile attribution tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Highly motivated and hungry to learn within a fast-paced environment.
  • Think “out of the box” and bring new innovative ideas to the team's portfolio.
  • Willingness to travel once a quarter.

Role:
  • Passion about online marketing and understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online user acquisition.
  • Track, report, and analyze user acquisition initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators of advertising campaigns to measure profitability.
  • Optimize acquisition efforts by analyzing marketing trends, testing new targeting segments and insights implementation.
  • Analyze performance and engagement to drive actionable insights
