Athlone Towncentre Shopping Centre is seeking applications for the position of Part Time Customer Service Representative to join its Information Desk Team.
This is a permanent position with 3-4 days weekly. As the shopping centre operates over a 7 day week, Customer Service roles involve a combination of midweek, weekend and evening shifts. This role will be predominately Thursday - Sunday cover but flexibility is essential. There will also be additional hours available on occasion to cover annual leave and peak season trading.
As this is a customer facing role it is important that candidates would have previous experience in dealing with customers and in general administration.
This role will involve:
– Dealing with customer queries at the Information Desk in Athlone Towncentre
– Sale of Athlone Towncentre Gift Cards
– General office administration
The successful candidate should have the following:
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational skills
– Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
– Ability to work on own initiative
– Fluency in English
An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
Please note: Weekend availability is essential.
