In this role, you will play a crucial part in the success of our client's digital campaigns. Your expertise in project management, campaign execution, and account management will be essential in driving traffic, leads, and ROI for our client's businesses. You will work closely with a team of implementers and collaborate with clients to ensure exceptional campaign performance and achieve strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in SEO, inbound, or content marketing (a major plus).
- 2+ years of hands-on campaign execution and project management.
- Demonstrated a history of achieving clear KPIs and revenue targets for at least 1 year.
- 1+ year of account management or customer service experience.
- High level of tech savviness and software proficiency.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
ROLE AND RESPONSILITIES:
- Maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8+ across a set of 10-12 client accounts.
- Efficiently manage projects, collaborating with implementers to ensure successful execution.
- Lead and oversee campaign performance across 8-12 clients' digital campaigns.
- Drive traffic, leads, and ROI for clients, aiming to achieve 80% of projections.
- Execute weekly marketing tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effectively communicate analysis and recommendations to clients and the team, fostering trust, retention, and upsells.
- Manage client retainer scope to ensure balanced service delivery.
