Your job will be to provide support the work of HR department by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business’ employees, but you will also be involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employee
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Performs day-to-day broad range of HR activities including recruitment, on-boarding to off-boarding programs
· Handle grievance and disciplinary inquiry
· Handle employee's attendance and Time Management System
· Handle work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, appealing and updating personal particulars to MOM (Ministry of Manpower) etc
· Align and formulate HR strategies and policies to facilitate talent acquisition & retention, to achieve organization's strategic business goals.
· Prepare documentation and analyse manpower movements
· Generate Manpower Reports to the other departments
· Oversee a team of Admin & HR specialists to ensure smooth Daily Operational flow.
· Responsible for creating and promoting a positive workplace culture and fostering employee engagement.
· Collaborate with IT to perform system’s enhancement and maintenance process.
· Corporate Administration of all respective Statutory compliance and requirements
· Foreign worker administration.
· Responsible for processing and renewal of any necessary employment related permits and their medical as well as repatriation of foreign workers.
· Submits NSmen application for reservists, maternity and paternity leaves in government website and follows up on claim submissions.
· To complete regular and ad-hoc questionnaires as required by the Ministry of Manpower.
· Ensures that pay and allowances claimed appear reasonable and have been correctly authorized; to bring anomalies or concerns to the attention of management
· Hiring and termination of staffs including but not limited to liaising with manpower agencies, publishing newspaper and website advertisements etc.
· Planning for staff probation confirmation and promotion
· Scheduling and planning for staffs to attend training courses
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
· At least 3years of work experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong punctuation and grammar skills
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
· Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
