Luxury Lodge – KwaZulu-Natal

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)

    At least 2 years Hospitality experience in a Supervisory role (Essential)
  • In depth understanding of 4/5-star lodge operations, especially Food and Beverage, Front of house, Duty management, Housekeeping and Hosting (Essential)
  • Excellent Customer Relations and must love to host guests.
  • Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
  • Professional and well groomed
  • Driver's license essential
  • RSA Nationals will be given preference.

Description:

  • Ensure lodge guest experience levels are met and maintained.
  • Fill in for the Lodge Manager and other staff when required.
  • Be readily available to deal with all guest queries and complaints.
  • Ensure Front Desk complete administration accurately and according to Standard Operating Procedure
