Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)

At least 2 years Hospitality experience in a Supervisory role (Essential)- In depth understanding of 4/5-star lodge operations, especially Food and Beverage, Front of house, Duty management, Housekeeping and Hosting (Essential)
- Excellent Customer Relations and must love to host guests.
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
- Professional and well groomed
- Driver's license essential
- RSA Nationals will be given preference.
Description:
- Ensure lodge guest experience levels are met and maintained.
- Fill in for the Lodge Manager and other staff when required.
- Be readily available to deal with all guest queries and complaints.
- Ensure Front Desk complete administration accurately and according to Standard Operating Procedure
