Welcome to Group IT Compliance and Security Governance & Risk
Join our dynamic Group IT Compliance department at our headquarters in Hedehusene, where you will collaborate with 10 talented colleagues in Denmark and 4 in Poland. Together, we ensure the seamless implementation of information security and compliance strategies across DSV.
Here, you will join us to head our Security Governance & Risk team, which consists of 3 information security specialists.

Set the direction for our information security
As Head of Security Governance & Risk, you will be responsible for managing and developing your team. Moreover, you will be in charge of developing our information security strategy and security road map, ensuring that the overall approach to information security is aligned with policies and objectives throughout DSV.
Your responsibilities will include working at a strategic level, driving processes – such as the strategy process for information security – establishing, maintaining, and monitoring information security governance and much more. However, you will also be actively participating in tasks, setting a clear direction for your team as you guide them in their daily tasks.
More specifically, your key tasks include:
- Driving the strategy process for information security, including preparing prioritised road maps, in close collaboration with Global IT executives
- Developing and maintaining our information security governance framework
- Developing and monitoring our information risk management framework – including regular risk reporting to executive management
- Developing and reporting on information security performance through key security metrics
- Performing regular threat landscape assessments for executive management
Experienced leader in information security
Success in this role will depend on your ability to achieve results through others and your capability of translating complex issues into easily understood concepts. And with your analytical mindset, you can navigate within a large organisation with ease.
Also, you are known for your proactive and pragmatic approach – which is what drives you forward, inspiring those around you to do the same. Moreover, you have:
- 5+ years of experience in the information security domain
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within frameworks such as ISO 27001 – NIST or CIS18 is preferred
- Experience preparing executive management presentations
